“Waited for the RubLuxe bondage board to come into stock and on its first use it ripped! I'm not even into hardcore play! I also ordered over £300 of restraints and one broke the first use and I had to faff about sending it back waiting weeks for it to be repaired (apparently they couldn't send a replacement) also the holes do not line up on most on them e.g. left wrist might be hole 4 and just right but right wrist on hole 4 is too loose or too tight (and not marginally) also the lock studs are not lined up correctly on so so involves stretching the leather. Will buy better quality cheaper ones elsewhere next time!”

“Regulation dealt with my order very quickly, and it arrived as promptly as I had hoped. The packaging was discrete, which in this case was not an issue, but was good to see. The first place I would go to buy anything else in future. Delivery took a couple of days, but living in the Scottish Highlands, that's excellent service”

“Finding how to give Regulation payment and place th order I have nearly always found impossible until I eventually found a real person who worked wonders. Sometime I have given up and gone elsewhere so whenever I see something I would like to buy from Regulation I look to see if I can get it elsewhere before struggling with the present system. J”

“Ordered many items over the years and this delivery was well packaged. My only irritation is Royal Mail and ParcelFarce. The original delivery did not arrive on the 9am to 11.30 specified time. An email was sent informing me it would be the following day! Whilst walking the dogs, partner messaged to say parcel had arrived as he by chance had come home for lunch. I would rather pick the parcel up than hang about ALL DAY as above. My EBay purchases are sent to local Argos - it needs to be looked at.”
