“I ordered a made to measure leather hood which had an expected delivery date of 6 weeks. In fact it was delivered in closer to 4 weeks AND that was over Christmas and new year. This was good news as I have previously experienced months long delays for various reasons. Nice to see Regulation Under-Promising and then Over-Delivering.”
