“A site totally orientated towards men, which (when you are selling items) is a shame. There are many ladies interested in bondage. My (female) partner was totally alienated by your marketing strategy whilst acknowledging that you did have some "interesting" items. She would have closed the link and gone elsewhere.”

Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry that you were disappointed that our store isn't more tailored to females, We've been male oriented for most of our time in business and this is primarily because we serve the gay male fetish scene and have more staff and experience from involvement with this community. Things can change over time but we are aware there are quite a few retailers predominantly catering to females or heterosexual couples and it's our hope that we can serve our customers more accurately when we market specifically to their needs. “The customer service agent provided a good overview of the custom order process. The shipping was quick and the customs paperwork was done correctly (surprisingly stores often do not prepare them correctly and I pay extra fees, duties and sales tax). Finally all of the items are excellent quality. This is how you want a purchase to go!”
