“Ordered a custom size suit, I was originally going to go for one of the stock suits however chat support was super helpful and let me know that a custom suit would be the better choice for me. Ordered the suit and expected it to take 4 weeks but to a nice surprise it arrived a week early and fits perfectly! Glad I finally splurged on a suit here after contemplating it for a few years now.”

Hi Andrew, I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your order. I've taken a look at the tracking information and it appears that Royal Mail had attempted delivery on October 12th, but you weren't available at the time. They're just waiting to hear from you about whether you'd like the package redelivered or if you'd like to collect it from your local Royal Mail collection office.
