“Everything was as advertised and great. Customer service was responsive. I do wish there was more flexibility in a potential rush or a more firm timeline for customization. Customer service didn't seem particularly interested in that. But still very polite.”

“This is my first regulation purchase. This items are well packed and delivered promptly. However, I’m disappointed that the actual Rubber Bike masks seems to be smaller than what was described on the website. Will keep the masks since returning will incur costly international shipment. Hopefully there’s a promotion soon so I can buy a bigger size. Overall - disappointed but not upset.”
