“I was not able to add delivery instructions, nor was I informed that FedEx could not deliver to a shared postal area in my apartment complex, which meant I had to spend 3 days going back and forth with FedEx, and eventually changing the delivery address.”

“I love regulation, I always find my self “popping” in. I’m always greeted by a friendly face or two at the counter as I enter the shop. The place has an amazing smell of leather and rubber. The staff are always helpful. I had a fitting for a custom rubber suit and was measured by one of the lads. Standing naked in a changing room seamed really daunting. But the staff member was so relaxed and friendly my nerves soon passed. I always seam to find new items in the store I have not seen before and can’t help a naughty purchase.”

“all of its items were sent out swiftly and together in one package - which was appreciated both for its own convenience, but more importantly for their obvious mindfulness of their environmental impact anywhere along their chain (if You’ll pardon the pun) and not being needlessly wasteful. it’s been a loyal customer since the late 90’s - and not without good reason! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
