“I love Regulation as a brand. Its presence on the London Gay scene is a staple. The products you stock are of excellent quality, although on the pricier side. I love the look of the Soho store but do miss the warehouse style of the Angel store. I am however consistently disappointed with the customer service in store. On my last occasion, 3 staff members around the till in huddle having a conversation. They did not acknowledge me as I approached the till, I had to engage them. One turned their back on me and started another conversation. It is disappointing.”
