“Hi. The two items I purchased were for a friend so I can’t review them, However, I did enquire about some fisting powder (FIST powder) and whether or not it is easy to wash off. The assistant didn’t know so turned to ask a colleague who was very blunt and not very helpful when he snapped ‘I don’t know as I don’t get fisted’. I wasn’t asking about his sexual preferences but for some product knowledge of which he had none - but plenty of attitude. I left the powder and ordered it online. It’s a shame this one person let the side down as the other guys were very friendly.”

“Future buyers check your measurements carefully. When I ordered I wasn't sure I should have ordered by letters S M L or go by the actual inches in the measurment chart. I thought the chart would be more accurate. I made the wrong choice. XS track pant had a measurement of 33" ,which I am and the small jacket wwad supposedly 40.2", which I am. Both were too small a fit. The duty to land them in the country was 37.48 CAD, which I expected and paid. When I sent them back the shipping was $66CAD as a tracked package. I sent them back asking for a refund that I could then use it it buy the hopefully correct size, a medium pant and a medium jacket. At this point I'm not sure I want to invest any more duty and shipping into this purchase. Sad face.....”

“I left 2 custom made rubber items in for repair I was told on both items the rubber.had perished which I find hard to believe it took 4 weeks to return the items through a very bad system I have rubber.for years from other shops and it's still in perfect condition Even though you made these items I will take them elsewhere to get repaired”

“Really impressed with the level of customisation when ordering (the sizes, options and extras). Communication beforehand was prompt and helpful. “Popped into Regulation “just to look”… left feeling like a shiny superhero in the making. The shop is spotless, the gear is top-tier, and the staff are absolute legends,friendly, helpful, and zero judgement, even when I had no idea what half the items did.
