“You have a customer for life!! I ordered the wrong size catsuit and your customer service was second to none, thank you. Throughout the ordering process I received emails confirming the wait time, when it was shipped and then links to package tracking. ‘My Account’ has all the details I need to follow up on anything unlike some other companies. And then there’s the product. Beautifully crafted,”

“Produced and delivered exactly on the time frame originally provided. The tax to pay for outside UK shipping has become much more streamlined than before, no issues receiving it to my address in Ireland. Regulation went above and beyond for me on this order. I asked for them to add locking rear zips after the order was already placed, and they added them on at no extra charge! Very much appreciated the great customer experience.”
