“I would like to say a huge thankyou to Nigel Rayment for making my whole “Mother of the Bride” dress shopping experience very enjoyable and stress free. Unlike many “Mother of the Bride” boutiques that i have visited, it was a pleasant relief to find that he had a good number of sizes in stock. Nigel was personally so helpful and advising but not pushy or pressuring. I had bought my daughter along with me and we both enjoyed good conversation with Nigel. And finally I am thrilled with my Veni 29516 dress which Nigel offered to steam before posting to my home address.”

“Unfortunately when the dress arrived while it was beautiful the fabric looked nothing like it did in the photograph. It was described as having a silver thread running through, it was however incredibly sparkly with tiny sequins. Beautiful but not what I was expecting.”

“I bought a dress from Nigel Rayment for my daughters wedding in September this year. After ordering a few from other websites only to be really disappointed with the quality and fit, I can honestly say the dress I ordered is totally stunning. The fabric is gorgeous, embroidery is meticulous and the fit so good it could have been made to measure. It was more expensive than I'd planned to spend but after so many disappointments from cheaper dresses I'd ordered I think it's money very well spent, thankyou”

The dress arrived promptly and well packaged and although I had a minor issue, this was remedied quickly through their excellent customer service. “After emailing the store Nigel was so helpful, sourcing the dress I wanted for my daughters wedding in the correct colour, sending it out by courier within a few days and the offer of a full refund should the dress be unsuitable. “A magnificent wedding journey for me mother of the Groom at Nigel Rayment boutique trying to find the dress right for me. I couldn’t make my mind up and was quite specific in what I wanted.Back and forth to the shop.Changing my mind frequently.They never faulted and I was never too much trouble.They accommodated everything I asked for and went above and beyond.I never once was made to feel too much trouble.A credit to the wedding Industry.I also had a large alteration to my dress by Mo that was excellent.He truly is a master tailor in my opinion.You Will not be disappointed in any way going to Nigel Rayment Boutique.I highly recommend this shop and Mo for all and every alteration required.I travelled from Yorkshire they were that great.Thank you Nigel and Mo you made my day at our Sons wedding all the more amazing.”
