“Pre ordered dress on line, arrived by specified time. Very pleased but unsure of size so Nigel despatched a bigger size to compare, which l kept. Unfortunately two weeks before my daughters wedding l discovered an issue with the dress. Nigel came to collect it, took it to his tailer and returned it two days later. Cannot fault that for service. Nigel is an absolute angel who went out of his way to help. Would definitely recommend.”

“I ordered a Carla Ruiz dress, arrived quickly, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately the concealed zip had issues meaning that the zip would stick going up and down. Loved the dress but was not confident that the zip would stick or burst and sadly had to return Great service from Nigel Rayment, a very personalised service, very responsive company”

“Extremely unpleasant experience with unhelpful and arrogant young man. I had travelled specially from Ireland for mother of the groom shopping. Luckily I had another appointment with a boutique in Knightsbridge, with wonderful staff and where I bought a beautiful dress. Would never, ever visit Nigel Rayment London again.”

Nigel was very informative answering all the questions I put to him and has confirmed that I will be able to make an appointment for alterations at the London Boutique next year nearer the date of the wedding. “I had a fabulous experience today at the Manchester store having made an appointment for my mother of the bride outfit for my daughter’s wedding in September. The service was exceptional and a wide choice of outfits made available for me to try. My daughters who accompanied me were also made to feel welcome in the store.
