“Ordered a dress for my Golden Wedding Anniversary it arrived promptly and carefully packaged. The dress was beautiful but unfortunately the colour really didn’t suit me. I returned the garment, which was easy using the pre-paid label and a couple of days later received an email confirming they had received it and were issuing a refund. You couldn’t ask for more and so convenient when getting to the boutique is not an option. I’d highly recommend Nigel Rayment.”

“I bought a dress online from Nigel Rayment, unfortunately when I went to try it on it didn’t suit me, I’d paid for it quite a long time before I got around to picking it up so I thought it would be a problem to get a refund. I couldn’t have been more wrong as they refunded me in full without any problems at all. I’ve now booked an appointment to go and try some dresses on and hopefully find what I’m looking for. I was very impressed by their no fuss return policy. Well done guys.”

“I ordered online a dress for my Daughter's wedding in September. I contacted the shop beforehand to ask about returns if the dress was not right, which reassured me. I picked it up from the London shop and it was perfect, packaging was beautiful what you would like to expect for a purchase from a boutique. My dress is the 'Invitations by Veni 29605 - Floral off the shoulder dress, Fuxia/Naranj, Veni Infantino. I cannot wait to wear it. Thank you for your professional service.”

The boutique is really relaxed and although you have a limited appointment time I did not feel rushed. “Fantastic service! I rang and spoke to Mr Rayment about a dress I had seen online. He was extremely helpful. The dress arrived very promptly- beautifully presented and excellent quality. Unfortunately, it did not suit me and I returned the dress, which was very easy to do and the refund was processed very quickly.
