About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Over the last few months I have purchased a number of items from Mountain Dog. They have always been prompt and helpful with any problems, on one occasion replacing a RuffWear harness that became damaged. Great company will use then again”

“Mountain Dog are a very helpful company. Having ordered a size that turned out to be too big, there was no hassle re changing it and as we wanted it quickly, it was suggested we order another one then get a refund for the one we were returning. It all happened (the refund) very quickly.”

“We have an English pointer . Hard to find a harness that fits comfortably around his large chest . This was absolutely perfect and also very lightweight for running . Very pleased .”

“Odie and I live the mountain dog products. Plenty of practical uses from layer systems, quick dry, comfort and security in the harness and collars. Taking on peaks and edges in confidence that odie is warm/ dry and safe!”

“Fantastic coat, super pleased with it. I did order the wrong size, however, the team at Mountain Dog helped me out and I received my replacement today - it fits perfectly and my 4-legged buddy will be wearing it today. “I bought a Ruffwear harness for my Border Collie on the online shop. Unfortunately the harness was too small so I had to exchange it for another size. Thanks to Mountain Dog the whole process was so easy. I was able to print off a free label from royal mail, package it and post it back. I received the new harness in a short period and my dog and I are delighted with it!”
