About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Service was great: item was despatched and delivered very quickly. Harness itself is very good, very adjustable and seems well made. My only comment would be that a D-ring between the shoulders (there is just a fabric hook for that point of attachment) would feel more secure for close control.”

“Great harness and nicely packaged. My only niggle was that postage was charged at Royal Mail 48 tracked (get your package within 2-3 working days). I ordered before 2:30 on Monday 2 Oct, it didn't arrive with Royal Mail until 6 Oct and I didn't receive it until 9 Oct. Not sure who the issue is with. However this wouldn't stop me from buying from Mountain Dog again. I'd just allow more time.”

We've taken a look into this and your order was shipped by our team and handed to Royal Mail on Monday 2nd. Alas, Royal Mail did have a system issue on the 2nd & 3rd of October which caused some delays within their network. “It's better quality than I thought it would be, so we are super happy. It's Strong, tough material. Our puppy no longer slides when she is sitting in the back seat. Our pup likes to bite things, but so far no teeth marks - which is really good too as our last one ended up ripped within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend Mountain Dog and would be happy to purchase more things from here too.”
