About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“My order arrive very quickly, and packaging was OK. The grib lead 5m for my young dog really good, it don't slide through your fingers so you have more control.”

“Ordered a coat for my Springer, when I received it very quick delivery I may add and good quality it was unfortunately too big. I send it back for next size down. As soon as they received the old coat a new one was sent out took around 3 days for it to happen, impressed with service.”

“Ordered a pretty high end dog jacket, When it came I was hugely impressed with the quality but the fit was just a tiny bit tight. Contacted them and I returned it at my cost but they had the next size up in the post within a couple of days, no messing. Service is exemplary and customer care was excellent. Really cant recommend them highly enough”

“Can’t believe I’ve finally found a waterproof coat to fit my ebt properly - the design is super and allows for unrestricted shoulder movement, the belly also fits snugly. No more chests bursting out of velcro! Or belly straps getting peed on! Brilliant design”
