About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Informative website with a good range of products. My order was quickly dispatched and the items were lovely quality as described. Unfortunately I had to return one of the items, as it didn't fit my dog. It was easy to return and I received my refund quickly. Would recommend this site.”

“Brilliant quality products for your dog. I purchased a lead which feels lovely and great quality, also a dog coat (Fjord Jacket) which is relatively expensive but you can see the fit, adjustments, quality of material and super build quality will last for years. They also have a great exchange system, I original ordered the coat one size to small. All exchanged in a few days and the dog loves it.”

“Very good company. I found an item I wanted which I couldn’t find anywhere else. I ordered the wrong colour and when I contacted them they sorted it for me. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because I didn’t get dispatch notifications or updates. However when I contacted the company they did provide them.”

“Mountain dog always come up trumps for great quality items that are delivered quickly. Particularly like the ruffwear stuff as it might be pricey but is definitely premium products that survive an active dog.”
