Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Mountain dog have been fantastic. Very quick delivery. I ordered quite a bit over a couple of deliveries and one item didn’t fit so I sent it back and the received a prompt refund. The Ruffwear leads, harnesses and collars I ordered are very good quality and I am so pleased with them. The Crag lead is comfortable to hold and practical. I have my dogs on the shortest option to walk along the path to the field then I can extend it easily to double the length. The clip is very secure and although it takes a few seconds longer to put on and off it is safe and secure and I don’t worry about it coming undone when the dogs are playfighting. Very happy with my purchase. 5 stars!”

“Good service but we purchased a harness which has proved to be unsatisfactory as it has cause blisters after 2 wears. How mountain dog deals with our complaint will be proof of how good a service they actually have.”

“Quite happy with my PetSafe Telescopic Dog Ramp. My dog is a 12 year old medium sized girl and she had no problems using it. The surface is a non slip surface sort of like sandpaper so your can see where her nails scratched but she never slid.”
