Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Loving the harness so much we’ve ordered another one! Our dog was in between sizes but as she’s a fast growing puppy we opted for the larger size and it fits well already. Really happy with service and product.”

Hello Emma, thanks for the review. The front range harness is one of our best sellers! Sometimes we do find that some dogs do hover in between sizes, with the front range there are four points of adjustment to get the best optimum fit allowing room for growth if needs be. “Ordered a jacket for my dog which when trying it on her was too large so had to send back and exchange. The process was very easy and quick. The whole service from Mountain Dog was very good. Would definitely use again.”

“Great Light which you can easily put on a harness with sturdy velcro..the light is either solid or flashing..I only use solid which is pretty decent. ( you can change by flipping the battery..easily done)”

“I bought 2 Ruffwear flagline harnesses for our two dogs. They are not for hiking – rather they are to hold them securely as in the winter months, when out walking in the neighbourhood, random fireworks that go off terrify them and they try to back out of their harnesses. We desperately wanted ones that were safe and secure – these harnesses are absolutely superb for this. It has totally transformed our nighttime dog walking experience! Can hugely recommend for anyone who worries about dogs that could try to pull free when under stress.”

“Punctual, well made, looked good very nice, rich red, Only problem which was my fault is that my one year old Lurcher chewed through the harness when my back was turned! It is being fixed at local cobblers.”
