About Mountain Dog:

Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“This is an expensive bit of kit but it is a game changer- my dog loves it and so do I! It supports my back and gives us freedom and flexibility- my only negative would be that without the bag there are no pockets for poo bags, mobile or keys”

“I purchased a Kurgo harness in red at a recent dog show. The salesman was extremely helpful going through the various types of harnesses on sale. He tried the harness on my dog and adjusted the straps for me. I was so impressed with the harness I ordered another one for my other dog in blue. Both my boys look so cute, the harnesses are so sturdy and well made. I ordered it online and took advantage of the reduced price. It arrived quickly and was packaged really well, it was even on the cutest dog hanger. Really impressed with the attention to detail from this company would highly recommend, well done and thankyou.”

“A great fit for my miniature schnauzer. He has 3 of these now as they are the best fitting harness I have found on the market. Once adjusted the straps stay firm unlike other harnesses that loosen when the dog moves. These wash well and are good quality.”

“I bought the short EZY DOG leash with the bungy bit in the middle. It is an excellent leash with a very comfortable handle padded with neoprene. It arrived within 3 days so the whole process was very quick and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“I love Mountain Dog and will keep coming back. It's the only UK retailer that seems to live by the mantra of quality over quantity. Trying to trawl through other retailers sites and judge which of the 10,000 identical harnesses or beds is good value or thoughtfully designed can be a nightmare, especially as none of them usually are.”
