Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Exceptional service. Returned coat that was to large and reordered smaller size. Refund was actioned within 2 days of return and new coat received within 2 days of order!!! Coat quality is great.”

“This was the 2nd time I have bought Hurtta Monsoon Coats for my dog. The other is now 2 years old and still looks and performs great! I only chose this one to get a new colour. Mountain Dog offered a great selection at very competitive prices. Their website was easy to navigate and the cost arrived in good time. This new coat will be the dogs Christmas present so I am unable to attach a photo of it in Ruby but he have attached one of her and her brother in the others I already have. I know she's going to look great in her new one too😄”

“We ordered a shower proof coat which is well made and one of the best I have found (tried many). Sizing our dog is difficult as he is a long legged/ bodied terrier. After a few attempts we got the sizing right. It was very easy to return and customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend recommend this company . 5 🌟”

“Mountain Dog always provide an excellent and competitive service for their top quality products. Recently I bought a Non-stop Fjord jacket (pre 2025) for my dog who has a dense double coat which is difficult to dry and it stops her getting cold when soaked through. It's lightweight so she doesn't mind wearing it at all. The quality is excellent and it has the advantage of packing away into a small bag that comes with it. Good buy!”

“The Non-Stop dog raincoat I purchased is excellent. Using the sizing guide I found it to be a perfect fit using the numerous adjustments. The quality is very good and the attention to detail such as a covering over the slot to attach a lead to a harness makes it a quality product.”
