“Just a teenzie weenzie moan and I can appreciate the reason, I used to order two wine kits which equalled free postage, now I have to order three. Apart from that top class service and will continue to recommend to friends and family.”

“We have been using LoveBrewing for a few years now. In all that time we have never had a problem - until now. Needed some information quickly, no telephone number. Sent a messenger message to get a stock reply that they were having problems which left just email. Asked if someone could call as a matter or urgency to be told that its only Richard (the owner) who could answer and he was out. Customer Service in this matter isn't great. Surely all staff should have knowledge of equipment that is sold.”

“Ordered 3 brewing kits and several other items with Love Brewing, all items arrived quickly, unfortunately 1 item had been damaged in transit. Emailed Love Brewing who responded quickly and agreed to send out a replacement within an hour of my initial email, new item arrived the next day. What can I say top quality service from a top quality business, the only business I now use for my home brewing needs. Thank you Love Brewing.”

“Rarely do I write a review and its a shame that I need to do so this time. A great company with good well priced products and great to deal with when everything is going ok. However once you raise an issue which I have done now on two occasions I feel very let down with the customer service side of things and it dosen't appear that the customer matters very much. On the latest occasion I had a fermenting thermostat which stopped working just out of warranty and after about six to eight uses. I was offered a 25% off a new one but when I emailed back to discuss as I didn't think that was acceptable the email was never answered. I do not believe that after so little use the thing was fit for purpose and asked if they would go back to their supplier on my behalf. Having now read other reviews it looks like a similar problem is occurring with other customers too. What a real pity for what should be a great little company”

“Christmas present ordered for my dad was launched over the fence by the courier. Emailed lovebrewing to ask for a replacement to which I got told beer would be fine, no offers of replacements. I now have 2 beer kits I can't give to my dad as presents. Won't be buying from here again.”

“I bought 8 20l polypins which came with push-in taps instead of the screw type illustrated and they all leaked. Furthermore three of the eight polypins developed a leak while being washed for re-use. They were unfit for purpose.”

Hi Darran I have looked at the emails you have sent and can see everyone has been answered by Rich? last one is about the botanical basket. i can't see any to do with the Turbo yeast so apologies if you have sent and its not been answered. Please send it again to info@lovebrewing.co.uk and Monday-Friday 9aam-5pm we will answer within 2 hours

“Order arrived but an item missing. Was told it would be sent out striaght awway but have not received it in a couple of weeks. Now Love Brewing are not responding to my emails and do not advertise a phone number to chase. Very frustrated.”

“Placed my first order with Love Brewing and received it Thursday delivered while I was at work, I opened it when I got home and had a slight problem, emailed at 7:30pm and had a reply 6:09 am problem sorted! Excellent customer service couldn't have possibly been more helpful order fulfilled before lunch on Saturday. I am quite a newbie to brewing and am just about to brew my first double IPA so will post results, fermenter and cornie all ready to go! Looks like I just found my go to place for supplies, thanks again to Rich & Lucie”
