We have been using LoveBrewing for a few years now. In all that time we have never had a problem - until now. Needed some information quickly, no telephone number. Sent a messenger message to get a stock reply that they were having problems which left just email. Asked if someone could call as a matter or urgency to be told that its only Richard (the owner) who could answer and he was out. Customer Service in this matter isn't great. Surely all staff should have knowledge of equipment that is sold.
