“Have used Love Bewing for a while now using wine kits that are a good price, orders and delivery always prompt and tracked, any help and queries have been dealt with quickly, very happy to recommend to anyone, experienced or just starting out having fun brewing at home. Can't comment on returns/refunds as have never had a problem.”

“Hi I’ve been using your product for a couple of years with no problems . My last Pint Grigio tastes very good as normal ,but I have a orange tinge to it , while it was fermenting it was wrapped in a blanket because of the room temp (I have made this before this time of year ).All reading’s have been correct during the brewing process.I am presuming it’s the cold Thank you David”

“I have only had cause to use customer service at Love Brewing once over a minor query - which was answered positively in a matter of minutes! They obviously realise that servicing customers is the best way of maintaining good strength in competitive markets. I've used this company since the Covid Lockdown 2020 when my local brewing shop closed and never reopened. Excellent choices of quality products are available, well packaged and the fast delivery service is second to none. It would be difficult for me personally to find anything negative to say about them.”

“100% customer service as always, arrived on time and well packaged as always also, what a surprise i had with the couple of free gifts they enclosed, nice little bonus, and very much appreciated, they will go to very good use, thank you all love brewing,have a great christmas 2025, and a happy 2026, once again thank you all at love brewing, the dedication and hard work you all do, is very much appreciated by me, looking forward to trying the new range of love brewing tinned beer kits in the new year, they are extremely very good value for money, and sound to be of excellent quality as well, regards russ west yorkshire”

“Your products are great but delivery service Garbage DPD They told me delivery between 2 to 3 pm so waited at 3.30 they sent a mail saying sorry you weren't in no phone call no outside buzzer and despite Instructions to leave at local newsagents they took parcel back to depot messaged them online they said they had got driver who was then on his way to newsagent (ten minutes walk away Three hours later still no parcel delivered next day afternoon to newsagent I guess driver did not even attempt delivery to home address despite posting photo of stair door I strongly suggest U change your courier as this reflects on your company Chris Dorman Edinburgh”

“I have used love brewing for about 6 years now and cannot fault the service at all. The delivery is always very prompt,within 2/3 days and DPD looks after my products well. Packaging is always good and the product ( wines) have always been good. I have only recently had to use customer service and again the service was prompt. Also liking the free gifts I get these days too! Would definitely recommend Love Brewing”

“I have used love brewing wine products for some years now and have been thoroughly pleased with their quality and taste. On my last order I made a mistake and bought the wrong product. I Phoned Love Brewing and talked to a customer support gentleman called Olli who gave me all the information I needed to correct my mistake and promised he would get it to me by the next day, which it did. “I've been using Wineworks/LoveBrewing now for at least 15 years. I never go anywhere else. Service is fantastic and the product range is top quality and second to non. I used to live near the shop in Chesterfield, then I moved to Milton Keynes and now 8 years in Scotland, plenty of access to competitors. I must have saved £1000's on the cost of commercially produced wine. I love Richard's Beaverdale range, Savvy B and Chat Du Roi being our go to favorites. Extra bonus never have a hangover! A great place to get you started and supply you for a lifetime!”

“I have bought a few kits from the team here at Love Brewing. Cider and wine. Everything is always top notch. The videos are excellent and really help during their process. Customer service is excellent too. Always on hand to answer any questions you might have about the brewing process. I love buying from Love Brewing and I'm just about to dive into another Cider brew!
