“I've been using Love Brewing for many years now, and couldn't be more impressed. Their customer service is excellent and their prices extremely competitive (particularly for their own brand Wineworks wine kits, the 'Superior' versions of which come very highly recommended!)”

“I was a bit disappointed by this kit, i expected it to be far superior to the express kit, but found it rather weak and thin, halfway between a red and a rose. it lacked any depth but was perfectly drinkable. it did improve a bit with age and at about 6 months is a lot better than at 6 weeks. I bottled and corked it. It tasted rather similar to the express kit.”

“I bought this to use up a pile of excess plums, when i realised i didn't quite have enough i topped up the fruit with some cooking apples. The result was fantastic, and as a first attempt at brewing, the wine was strong, clear with a delicate flavour. Very surprised and delighted.”

“Love Brewing is the 'Go to Company' for great friendly advice, whether you are a newcomer or experienced with this hobby. They stock absolutely everything that you will ever need and the delivery (which is well packaged) is next day via courier. You can't go wrong as there are plenty of videos too to look at on You Tube.”

Hello Lucie, We're sorry that you are frustrated, and we understand why. However, when you placed your order on 10th Feb, there was no delay in getting it delivered promptly. Unfortunately, you only contacted us on 16th Feb to query the delivery and confirmed today on the 18th Feb that you had used the wrong postcode when you raised the order, and frustratingly, there's nothing we could have done about that in advance. I can see that the courier has already confirmed to you that the parcel is being returned to us and once we have received it, we can re-send it to your correct address. “24 litres of the wash are through the air still and the first 1.2 litres of 40% are through the carbon cleaner…. Flavoured 500ml with whisky and another 500ml with white rum….. crystal clear and a lovely taste….. So satisfying when you make your own 😊 Thank you Richard and the team 👍🏻”

“Just received my second order on time just as the first one really good service all round. local homebrew shop on the high street closed due to retirement.Went online looking for new supplier Lovebrewing came up, nice website clear and very easy to use good prices all the same beers I use. Very pleased with everything. Used last supplier for over twenty years,at seventy one might be pushing it to do the same but would be pleased to be using Lovebrewing for a few years best wishes to every one at Lovebrewing”

“Firstly they have stock of just about anything you could need as amateur brewers, prices are competitive and delivery is superfast. If you need help then they will be quick to answer your queries. “I have received numerous orders from this company and they have always been prompt on delivery. I recently had reason to contact them reference a question about some some suspected low quality grape juice. I sent pictures and an explanation expecting a response in a couple of days at least. David from Love Brewing returned with a reply within the hour and without quibble let me knew that they were sending out a replacement immediately. I could not ask for more. Excellent customer service.”

“To All of 'The Love Brewing Team', Thank you once again for another impeccable, professional, customer service operation. I placed my order around mid day on Wednesday, and it was delivered 24 hours later! As always it is an absolute pleasure to purchase from your good selves. Your product range is outstanding, and your care and attention to the packaging is admirable. My parcel arrived without a mark on the box, which was exceptionally well made and taped. The contents were in 'perfect' condition, and ready for my brewing alchemy to begin. The delivery by DPD was excellent. The driver found us without any trouble, (as we live in a remote area of The Forest Of Dean), he was very pleasant and an ambassador for the company. I would be grateful if you could convey my thanks to DPD and especially to Shaun the driver. Couriers often get the complaints and not the praise that they are due.
