“Absolutely delighted with my purchase of the 750ml bottles from LOVE BREWING. I have spent too much time looking for a good quality, reasonable priced spirit bottle. “I order regularly from Love Brewing. Prices are very good and delivery is always very prompt. Good range of products, and well packaged. Had a rare problem with a missing item on a recent order (possibly a courier issue). Contacted Love Brewing and received a response first thing in the morning. Replacement arrived next day. Can't ask for more than that - excellent customer service.”

“I have ordered from them quite a few times and must say the service is second to none. I love the way that sometimes there's a little something extra in with the order, like a bottle opener or a mouse pad. It makes me feel appreciated and respected. I'd recommend everyone to buy from them.”

“Absolutely brilliant. My carbon filter was a little bit faulty by way of leaking out of the wrong holes!! Within 9 hours the new one was shipping and ready to be delivered. Impeccable customer service. Thanks alot.”

“Bought the MK4 filter and some pads. Lost about half a bottle trying to get the Syphon going. Now I am off to read a long book while the wine is filtering. Not impressed.”

However, we can only see that you purchased some filters from us recently, and we haven't received any queries from you regarding product use. If you used the BB Syphon, this is simply an entry level tool and there are others more heavy duty or powerful. “This is a great company that sells many different brands of beer kit without prejudice. Service is excellent Price is standard Delivery is within two days of placing order. Returns and refunds unable to comment as haven’t had to use Pennine Peek Nelson’s Admiral Sheep Dog pride Dancing Buck Bad cat Are my favourites I’m not trying to beat the prices on the high street or make the strongest beer known to man though each is possible, BUT to achieve great flavour!!”

“The item was sent initially in an envelope, and when DPD delivered it the item was missing (hole in the packing). Contacted Love Brewing and they sent a replacement which arrived next morning. Great service.”

“I have been ordering from LB for about three years and I am always impressed. The service is excellent and any, rare, problem is immediately addressed. I have just topped up my stock and now have 12 beer and cider kits to make. I just love the stuff. DPD are excellent as well. Well done to everyone concerned. “I was a bit disappointed by this kit, i expected it to be far superior to the express kit, but found it rather weak and thin, halfway between a red and a rose. it lacked any depth but was perfectly drinkable. it did improve a bit with age and at about 6 months is a lot better than at 6 weeks. I bottled and corked it. It tasted rather similar to the express kit.”

“I bought this to use up a pile of excess plums, when i realised i didn't quite have enough i topped up the fruit with some cooking apples. The result was fantastic, and as a first attempt at brewing, the wine was strong, clear with a delicate flavour. Very surprised and delighted.”
