“Great service from Jupiter Blue, ordered a loft hatch and the first one came damaged. The friendly staff were very helpful and ordered me a new one straight away with no problems. The hatch is perfect, insulated too and looks really smart in our bathroom in a single storey extension.”

“I needed an access door for the stopcock after refurbishing the toilet. Jupiter Blue had a full range of doors so I was able to get exactly the size I needed. It was well priced and was delivered within the stated time scale. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.”

“The whole process from ordering to receiving was excellent. I was kept informed about the delivery and the hatch was in good condition as it was packed very well. The hatch was really good quality and made exactly to the size I required so the fitting was easy. Excellent product and I would highly recommend”

“Very quick response, over the Easter period and delivery well before the time allocated. Fabulous slimline look and made-to-measure, perfect fit. I would recommend Jupiter Blue Ltd. The only thing we added was a layer of silver-coloured insulating sheet to protect the insulation provided, just in case we knocked it getting in and out of the loft space. Sorry, unable to send photos only have HEIC image.”

“Disappointing. Whilst the overall finish is smart and looks good in place, I can see daylight around the door suggesting it is not sealing properly and therefore letting heat through into the loft (not what I bought it for. The insulation looks as if it has not been finished properly as it is lose in the frame and will likely need taping in place.”

“The delivery was quick but the product quality was disappointing. The lid is not flat and therefore does not fit snugly against the frame. Also, the foam insulation has become detached from the lid within days of fitting. The adhesive or bonding method between the insulation and the lid is inadequate. Overall, I am left disappointed with the purchase.”

“We needed a custom size loft hatch and after reading other reviews decided to use Jupiter Blue. The website is easy to use and gives full information on how to measure to get exactly what you require. The lead time was short and the hatch arrived well-packaged and in good order. I did have to ask for fitting instructions and the pole was missing, but customer services replied within minutes with a pdf for fitting and the pole arrived within a few days. Fitting the hatch is a two-person job but easily done and it looks good. Would definitely recommend and we would not hesitate to use Jupiter Blueagain in the future.”
