“The loft hatch is nicely made and was easy to install (with a second pair of hands to help). Minor gripe (hence four rather than five stars) is that the latch snags on the foil covering the insulation; otherwise very pleased with the product. A neat clean finish.”

“Excellent product. Only company I could find with l loft hatch for my requirements. Easy to fit. Dispatched quickly. Only issue l've had is with my loft ladder not able to pull down thro hatch due to thickness of insulation on back of door. Not a fault with product though.”

“Jupiter Blue gave advice and helped confirm the specification of a new loft hatch and ladder. Once ordered, this was delivered promptly. The quality of the materials and construction is good. The ladder (from a third party supplier) had some minor damage to one of the feet. Jupiter Blue dealt with this without any hassle, and a replacement part was received from the supplier a few days later.”

“I needed a a fire rated loft hatch and ladder. Couldn?t get one here on Orkney. Looked online and found Jupiter blue. Ordered on a Tuesday and both items arrived on the Saturday. I would definitely order again. Thanks”

“very good service and quick. our key pole was missing in the delivery so i emailed customer service and they sent one out the very next day which was great. The loft hatch is good quality and fitted very well.”
