“Extremely helpful from my concept, through ensuring that I had measured correctly to ordering and fulfilment. I am very pleased with my new custom made hatch and ladder. “Just installed the loft hatch today - dimensions were precisely as requested - it was well finished and fits well in the opening. The included operating pole was a bonus, but in fact while it is long enough to operate the hatch lock, it is a bit short to be able to pull down the ladder - all sorted by moving the hatch lock key (nice solid metal key) into the pole that came with the ladder. Would certainly order a bespoke hatch the next time I need to fit one.”

“So we measured our loft hatch hole and took the required 5mm ftom each dimension. We ordered a custom hatch, it arrived in good time and fitted perfectly. We are extremely pleased with Jupiter blue and cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended.”
