“This product was well up to our expectations, based on other excellent reviews. Fitting was simple (following the advice that two people are advisable), and we found that four clamps to hold the frame in place, once held up to the opening, made things even easier. In place it looks really neat, and, importantly, the catch is very precise and robust, so that we no longer live in the fear we had with our old hatch, of its wonky catch causing it to drop unexpectedly and cause someone a serious injury. Good quality, good value, highly recommended.”

“Ordered a new access panel from Blue Jupiter in a custom size (600 x 450) and it was delivered just a week later. Very good quality with various fixing holes you can use, plus a removable door from a spring-loaded hinge. Fitting was easy and the panel looks great.”

“This roof access hatch was recommended by my roofing company on this website. Loads of banners on the website (which was easy to use) offering free shipping, but when I went to order a delivery charge was added!!! One of my pet hates, don?t state it?s free shipping unless you mean ?free shipping?, which is why it?s 4*. I?m pleased with the product and it arrived on time. Contacted customer service who did respond in a timely manner but didn?t address my complaint about the shipping charge. I like that the company make a donation to charity and overall am pleased.”

“Bought a loft hatch but when I unpacked it the hinge was broken. Phoned up and straight away was told another one would be sent free of charge ASAP. Arrived within a couple of days. Very please with the service I received and the new loft hatch looks good. Would definitely recommend to friends.”

“I bought a bespoke loft hatch. The measuring instructions were clear. It was easy to order and turned up on time and in good condition. It?s a 2 man job to install but easy for my son to do with me holding it in place. I?m very pleased with the result - so much better than the cheap plastic hatch which was falling apart.”

“Excellent product (Custom Loft hatch) and arrived well packaged and with a perfect fit. My only gripe is the very slow delivery and no information on dispatch or tracking of item...I had no idea when it was due to be delivered.”

“The loft ladders I ordered arrived super fast but unfortunately when I took them to the new house they were for I realised I had insufficient clearance to instal and store them away. I was able to return them (unopened) and received a full refund. At a time when I seem to be haemorrhaging money this was very much appreciated and allowed me to buy a telescopic ladder instead.”

“Absolutely wonderful service. I purchased a bespoke loft hatch from Jupiter Blue, it arrived within the stated delivery time and very well packaged. The fitting of the hatch was very simple and fitted perfectly. The finish and the look is wonderful, modern and sleek.
