“This is the fourth time I use Jupiter blue to order different access panels. Their website is very user friendly, products are good and when I though we haven't received one parcel, they checked it with the courier and helped me to find that it was my builders who accepted the parcel and forgot to inform me. I'm happy to order from them again in the future. Highly recommend.”

“The order process was clear and straightforward and the Loft Hatch was delivered on time and in good condition. Fitting does need two persons and a ladder or two but if you drill pilot holes first, screwing it in place was simple.”

“So far my order is 2 weeks late and I?ve heard nothing about it yet. I?m hoping for a quick response and that when it does arrive it is of good quality. Updated - it got lost at the depot and was received a few days later. Resolved quickly by Richard and I must say the hatch is of very good quality and fits perfectly. Much happier now.”

“Bought a custom drop down metal hatch to access a new roof space we had had created, excellent quality and so have now replaced our main loft hatch with similar from their SD range. Easy to fit and looks great. We had an issue with the Opening Pole but that was replaced without quibble. Would certainly recommend on my experience with Jupiter Blue.”

“By process of elimination Simone was the person to answer the 'phone and my enquiry. Have you ever tried to source a loft pole with a male 'key' fitting ~ near impossible. The customer care was above and beyond ~ we giggled exchanged photo's of the problem 'lock' and within hours I had a yes we have a pole in stock that will solve the problem! Mailing Yorkshire to Somerset no problem and I was even thanked for ringing to see if they could help. Would definitely look to them for help over knotty problems again. You don't know if you don't ask and I am glad I asked! Thank you team and especially Simone.”

“Ordered a bespoke loft hatch, which arrived exactly on the scheduled date. Sturdy, well-coated steel product. Installing in the hatch hole was easy - I think they took off another 5mm as well as the 5mm recommended when you submit measurements. I decided to slide out the hinge bar and install the frame loosely first, then reattached the door and completed the job. Good advice on not over tightening the screws so you don't twist the frame out of square. Lock operation is positive and firm, although counter-intuitive because you undo it clockwise. Loft ladder just clears the hanging door when open. The wool insulation isn't pretty but obviously necessary, perhaps could consider enclosing it under hardboard? So, overall, well-pleased with the result.”

“Bought a metal loft hatch - great product at a reasonable price and delivered on time - 5 stars from me. My only complaint is that the search function on the website isn?t great, I was searching for metal hatches but plastic ones still appeared in the results - a very minor thing.”
