“Very pleased with this purchase. Bought a custom fit model. The hatch was made ahead of the estimated time and arrived with the exact dimensions specified. Installation was very easy and looks very smart (excuse the bad paint job in the photo). The best thing is that the air-tight seal and insulation on the hatch is top notch. The old wooden ply hatch, that I replaced with this, was obviously acting as a thermal bridge creating a draft up from the hall. With this new hatch that's all gone. Upstairs is at least 2-3 C warmer. Can't be happier. Would highly recommend.”

“V good products but web site YouTube had incorrect sizing of AT15 loft hatch. Also I found fitting the hatch quite tricky as you really need a v strong helper to hold the hatch in place while fitting. The seals around the fixing screw were also a bit useless as they prevent the screws going in far enough so the obstruct the hatch closing. I just made it airtight using silicone sealant. The finished hatch looks great”

“Made to measure loft hatch installed and functional without any problems. Delivery system is only area that needs improved. 10 days is ok, but there was no indication of delivery day or time on the day. I missed the first delivery attempt and had to wait until 2 pm on the next day. The tracking system did not provide any live info.”

“Really good customer service (which appears to be lacking in today's world). 10/10 Good value product and true to size. Particularly like the flexi strips where the loft hatch frame is fixed (although I used shims) 10/10 This company will be my go to business for future loft hatches. Alex, Trade”

“I never thought a loft hatch would make me so happy but it does. Jupiter Blue made a custom sized loft hatch for our odd shaped loft hole to replace a genuinely awful flappy bit of plywood. It came very well packaged, well within the stated delivery time, and the fitment was absolutely spot on. Can't fault the whole experience.”

Hi Steve, Thank you for your review. The hand made product you ordered is on a lead time of 12 - 15 working days. For Orders placed Friday 6th October this gives a delivery window between today (Monday 23rd October up to Thursday 26th October). I've just checked with production, your order is being dispatched today and should be delivered by Wednesday 25th October. Regards Martin
