“Quality product sent in double quick time, I know where I will go for my fire proof access hatches in the future. The only thing wrong was I didn't receive a key with it, so if you could stick one in the post please.”

“I ordered custom made loft hatch. I haven't installed it yet but it matches the dimensions supplied by me exactly. It was delivered within the specified delivery period and was very well packed for transport. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the hatch and the price point is good value I think.”

“Good company, had been searching for a loft hatch for some time due to large size of opening in loft. Came across this company who had just the item I required. All measurements were given which made life so simple along with a simple diagram. Promptly ordered said item and hey presto next day delivery by courier, what more could you ask for. The hatch itself is good quality, easy to fit and looks a treat, it even came with screws. Just the job and hassle free shopping.”

“I needed a certain lock for my loft hatch which was hard to find but I found it here and was exactly what I wanted. The only thing to mention would be that it states next day delivery and the item was sent by 2nd class post. I didn't really mind as I was home anyway but would have been upset if I had waited in and it did not arrive. So overall very decent item but the postage method requires attention.”

“The team at Jupiter Blue were really helpful when I needed a replacement loft hatch. Nothing was too much trouble, even planning a delivery in potential snow! I enquired about a specific product, was assisted with the detail ensuring it was the correct product for my needs, my specific delivery requirements were met, payment was taken over the phone and the product arrived with me at 9.30 the following day.
