“I needed a certain lock for my loft hatch which was hard to find but I found it here and was exactly what I wanted. The only thing to mention would be that it states next day delivery and the item was sent by 2nd class post. I didn't really mind as I was home anyway but would have been upset if I had waited in and it did not arrive. So overall very decent item but the postage method requires attention.”

“Item arrived just 24hrs after ordering. Well packaged and ready to install. Haven't fitted it yet but it should be very straightforward. Shame more companies don't offer this level of service.”

“The team at Jupiter Blue were really helpful when I needed a replacement loft hatch. Nothing was too much trouble, even planning a delivery in potential snow! I enquired about a specific product, was assisted with the detail ensuring it was the correct product for my needs, my specific delivery requirements were met, payment was taken over the phone and the product arrived with me at 9.30 the following day. I cannot praise Jupiter Blue Ltd enough. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“I needed a neat and tidy solution to getting flexible access to a stud partition wall. This was so I could hide the various cables for an flat screen TV, Sat box and Blue ray box. I bought a 300 x 300 hatch and installed within a few minutes. Checked no stud intrusion, cut hole and glued in place. Its an excellent solution. Jupiter Blue were very effective in fulfilling my order ? I even bought an identical panel to allow me access to another previously concealed space. Excellent stuff!”

“Saw the add on Ebay Tuesday morning. Gave the company a call. They sent me an email with the simple installation instructions. Ordered at 12 mid day Tuesday, and it arrived at 7.30 am the following day. I could not ask for better service. I have now installed the loft hatch following the simple instructions without any problems. I would not hesitate to recommend Jupiter Blue. It was extremely good value compared to others I looked at.”

“1.0 Made to measurer service was quick and efficient 2.0 Item fitted perfectly 3.0 Item was easy to fit 4.0 Packaging was good 5.0 Operating pole missing ? a phone call to Jupiter and one was received two days later ? no problem. 6.0 PROBLEM - The insulation on the drop down hatch is completely open ? dust and itchy scratch comes off onto your clothes if you brush past it when open or when opening the hatch bits drop off. 7.0 SUGGEST ? The insulation is encased in black plastic similar that fitted around loft tanks and then fitted into the hatch or a sheet of plastic is fitted over the top to seal it in. 8.0 Trusting that you find this constructive”
