“I do think the returns should be free for dancewwar items as sometimes we need to order multiple sizes to see which fits best. Today it has cost me almost £10 to send some items back becuase non were suitable and as a result i've had to order more different sizes in, some of which i'll have to send back too. It puts me off ordering dancewear through yourselves in the future”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have had to return items due to sizing. We do try to keep our prices as low as possible, and therefore we do not add the costs on to our products to cover a free returns service.

“Pleasant staff.Unfortunately several items out of stock. Your own make Ballet shoes LBTLR although correct in length are too narrow around toe area and if you go up a size are then too big.”

“I ordered on Monday morning and got it on Friday evening, it is quite a long time for delivery.”

The order was placed after 3pm on the Monday so was not despatched until the Tuesday on a 48 hour Royal Mail Service. It appears that the parcel was delayed and not delivered until the Friday. I am sorry this has happened, we do our best to be quick with our deliveries but sometimes things happen that are outside of our control.
