“Good range of products at competitive prices but let down by very high postage compared to similar companies. Only company that I use that does not display prices inclusive of VAT. It is irritating to constantly have to work out full price.”

Thank you for the review and your custom over the years. It is good to hear that you appreciate the range and value of our goods. As we are a wholesale company with customers all over the world we display prices without the VAT as the rate varies from country to country. As far as the shipping costs are concerned we have a sliding scale of charges depending on the value of your order, with free delivery on orders over £75 in the UK. By doing this we can keep the cost of the goods down rather than inflating the product prices to cover the shipping as many companies do.

“The hats are good quality and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were squashed together in a stack which meant that the hat at the bottom was slightly damaged.”

In fact the tights did come back in to stock and were despatched to you 2 days after the original order was sent. If there are any problems please contact the customer service department
