We always despatch promptly but once it is with the Courier or Royal Mail we have no control over its progress. We have raised this issue with them as it reflects badly on our service to our customers. Thank you for your custom over the last 4 and a half years. I am sorry you have not received your parcel as we despatched it the day after you ordered and it has somehow got stuck in the Royal Mail system. One of the customer service team will contact you to try to resolve this issue.

“I have used IDS for years! I am reasonably happy with the service... I find ordering online painfully slow and quite frustrating. The goods are high quality and arrive within a couple of days of ordering. More information Re OUT OF STOCK GOODS would be helpful.... to place a back order not knowing if it will appear in 2 weeks/2 months or longer is not great re dealing with waiting customers! But on the whole i am a happy customer.”

We do our best to make sure we have sufficient stock, especially at the beginning of new terms, but cannot always guarantee that we have everything in stock all of the time.
