“Just wish you would sort delivery times . Paying extra for nexts day delivery is fine, but ....we never get it next day ...4 to 5 days later .so I don't pay that anymore. You used to be better on delivery times .this now makes me look at other options, we're as before you would be my go to first .for uniform and costumes. But I. Very happy with the quality and choice is getting much better thank you .”

I am sorry you are having problems with delivery times. We despatch the same day if the order comes in before 3pm but once the courier takes the parcel we have no control over their delivery times. If you are expecting a delivery and don't get it please contact customer services who will try to chase it up for you.

“Very fast delivery to Switzerland! I like to order the costumes for my students at IDS, because I can rely on the quality of the items. Especially the tricots/leotards and the tulle dresses and skirts, top! I wish you would offer some discount codes here and there... thanks!”

“Costumes were delivered promptly. Overall quality of costumes was good. However, some costumes (4/17) of the same costume came with hairpieces andthevrest of the order didn't. One costume was also a slightly different colour from the rest and also had a row of sequins with an irregular gaps running full width of costume ( material flaw?)”
