Always loved the fast delivery from IDS however items seem to take up to 10days to be delivered. Stock seems lacking across the board. Sad to see so many lines disappearing which have always been staple items for dance and theatre school. Seems to have transformed into another dance supplier with the same lines. Very sad. I often use other companies now as stock is much better a d delivery much quicker

We continue to make improvements – longer opening hours, faster shipping times, better product availability. We are working with our suppliers and are committed to partnering with them to help fully reopen the dance industry as quickly as possible. Planning and forecasting continues to be difficult due to the different levels of restrictions around the globe. Our new warehouse extension is now completed and the shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us. We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery and at the moment we are despatching within 2 working days from order placement. It's excellent service all the time. Goods arrive in very short time and queries are always answered promptly. We have been ordering for a long time and all this while, we are always please with the service!

I am sorry your order was delayed. Your order was split because one of the items was out of stock and the first part of the order was shipped so your whole order was not held up. The second item was shipped as soon as it was back in stock. Our new warehouse extension is now completed and the shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us – we already had the highest stocks in the industry and now we have the capacity for even more. We want to be your preferred supplier and are working hard to continue to make improvements.

Your order was sent out on Friday on a 48 hour Tracked Service with Royal Mail and is out for delivery today. I have emailed the tracking number to you so you can see its progress.

Dispatch not what it used to be. Used to dispatch insane day and often came the next day. Not any more. Can be frustrating when ordering for students as it takes now much longer. Shame as stock range is excellent.

Always out of stock Regularly slow delivery Now looking elsewhere to purchase basic dancewear Dancewear store not supplying my parents going to Amazon to complete their orders I’ve been trying to be a loyal customer and stick with but it’s getting to the stage where IDS is not the standard it needs to be to be in a competitive dancewear market. Hope it improves you guys I really do

I was really disappointed as we did not have these items on time as discussed with you. I would appreciate a phone to discuss some compensation as over the past year we have spent thousands with you and we were relying on these costumes arrive as made clear several times.

Really tricky as so many items are out of stock. I also find the first position sizing a little bit insane. My 4 year olds have to buy the age 6-8tutu’s….. and the 0’s in Milly only fit tiny 3-4year olds.

I am sorry you are having problems with the sizing. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We want to be your preferred supplier and are working hard to maintain the high standard you expect from us.

Your orders are taking over a week to arrive so no good for customers who ask me to order something in as an emergency. I have to go elsewhere now Also - you still supply to dance schools but took my 10% reduction off. I suppose at least this means I can return items if I want.

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery, however at the moment we are still despatching within 2 working days from order placement. The Retailer's discount expired at the end of August so you can return goods within the 28 day period if necessary.

I have been a customer for many years, and always had first class service, not bought a lot over last 2 years due to pandemic and having to close things down, but starting up again now so hopefully return to some sort of normality soon

My IDS experience has been excellent, as always! Excellent customer service, super efficient deliveries (even when other postal services aren’t so fast) and great advice too. I have been using IDS for nearly 20 years and no other supplier matches them on service, quality and most importantly on price. Thank you for all your hard work to keep our shows going for so many years!
