“Purchased 2 x 90x120 5mm grey mats for back n front doors unfortunately they move on top of my carpets no fault of these it's my fault perfect for hard floors but not ontop of soft carpets unfortunately 😔”

“I ordered an A0 dressmaking mat for my wife. The mat is excellent with markings on one side with inches and cm on the other side. It is large but a great size. Delivery was slower than I expected and I was getting concerned there was a problem. I am happy to recommend FirstMats.”

“Mat is very good quality compared to other mats I have had. Courier service not so good however, mat was left by our garden gate with no attempt to knock on our door, anyone could have taken it.”

“Coconut mat arrived on time. Wrapping wasn't great and the mat had suffered a small tear in transit. Fortunately it was near one end and was surplus to our requirements. it would have been sad if we had needed the full length.”

“The mat I received was first class and just what I needed. However, I would have given 5 stars if we had been kept up-to-date with the progress of the order. We heard nothing for 5 days, then had a text from the delivery company saying when it would be delivered. I also contacted First Mats by email to chase my order and had no reply at all.”

“Didn't have the mats I wanted in brown, so opted for the blue. The mats are of good quality and stop the dirt, however I opted for blue, 2 different sizes. When they arrived the mats were different blues so not fit for purpose for me. Also the larger one has a very strong rubber smell. Good customer service, helpful staff.”

“First class service. Customer Services initially sent me free samples of shortlisted possibilities for my long to narrow shower. This allowed me to make the right choice. Order arrived within one week but unfortunatately they had sent the wrong colour mat. I contacted Customer Services again and they apologised profusely and corrected their error within three working days. Mistakes will always occur but First Mats corrected theirs promptly and that is what matters.”
