“The mat I received was first class and just what I needed. However, I would have given 5 stars if we had been kept up-to-date with the progress of the order. We heard nothing for 5 days, then had a text from the delivery company saying when it would be delivered. I also contacted First Mats by email to chase my order and had no reply at all.”

“Didn't have the mats I wanted in brown, so opted for the blue. The mats are of good quality and stop the dirt, however I opted for blue, 2 different sizes. When they arrived the mats were different blues so not fit for purpose for me. Also the larger one has a very strong rubber smell. Good customer service, helpful staff.”

“First class service. Customer Services initially sent me free samples of shortlisted possibilities for my long to narrow shower. This allowed me to make the right choice. Order arrived within one week but unfortunatately they had sent the wrong colour mat. I contacted Customer Services again and they apologised profusely and corrected their error within three working days. Mistakes will always occur but First Mats corrected theirs promptly and that is what matters.”

“I've scored 4/5 because the mat has only just been laid and it's early days. The colour of the mat was perfect and the texture good. Considering the current situation delivery was pretty good and I thought the cost reasonable.”

“Did the job. The thinness was perfect for low doors. My only regret is the very limited colour choice. Nothing beige. The brown mottled is simply black to any instant view.”

“Helpful when contacted. Delivery as promised. Only reason for not givimg 5 stars is that colour is hardly charcoal - almost olive green - but the contact did say that the colour can vary somewhat from that shown on the website”

“Received this mat quickly. Have only used it for a couple of weeks, but seems good and hardwearing for wet weather. Have only just realised a part of one of the corner's of the mat is missing. Some cleaning instructions would have been useful too.”

“Would have been 5 stars but for a problem with the first mat delivered. However, this was speedily replaced with no quibble. The mats are very good quality and value for money, and would buy again. An area for improvement would be to reply to emails.”

“the mat arrived in specified time. It appears not to move on our outside step,but until the winter weather comes i can't truly comment,but at the moment it is doing a good job.thankyou.”

“Great service and very helpful communication. I had an issue where the Mat came in at the wrong size but they get back to immediately and are currently having the mat remade. Even with this mishap I would recommend using First Mats.”
