“Great customer service. I received our custom cut coir mat promptly but noticed after a day what it was shedding a lot of the material in chunks. There also appeared to be line across the mat. After contacting FirstMats with images of the issue. They agreed that it was a defect in the product and sent out a replacement mat at no extra cost. The second mat has been down over a week now with no issues whatso ever.”

“I wanted a new 17mm premium coir coconut front door mat and using the old mat as a template, I cut it to the exact size in no time. A good product and quick delivery as well.”

“Excellent mat fitting nicely in the kitchen adjacent to the exterior door to the rear garden, this helps to pick up debris from our Dog and any muddy boots we have worn while out excising the dog. Highly Recommended.”
