“We are delighted with our large mat for the kitchen, in the colour that we chose. It was easy to order and we didn't have to wait long even though they make them to size for you! I can recommend this company.”

“I ordered 100 mats for 2x changing rooms at our small sailing charity. They were delivered when promised and when I began laying them they were so easy to lock together. Some I had to cut to size and this was very simple with a pair of kitchen scissors. The matting has been in use now for several months. It looks good, is comfortable to stand on and all who use it say how lovely it is. Cleaning wise, I hoover over the matting then carefully lift sections to mop underneath. So all in all, a very good investment, Thank you Mary Milton. HYSTS”

“A nice, well-made, hardwearing mat that should last a lifetime. It's positioned just inside our front door and sits on top of our fitted carpet. Unfortunately, and perhaps because of the weave or pile of the carpet it moves and bunches up as it's walked on. We've had this problem with other mats but was hoping as this was a more heavy-duty mat it could solve this problem - but no. We've previously tried carpet gripper tapes of all varieties, underlays etc but nothing has worked so far.”

However, the issue you're facing with the mat moving and bunching up on your carpet, we understand how frustrating this can be, especially after trying various solutions. We do offer a few other mats that are specifically designed to be placed onto the carpet, which has a claw-like finish on the back, as opposed to the smooth backing on most mats. “Unable to provide accurate review as my product has not arrived yet. Upon ringing last Friday, I was given a number of reasons for the delay, including a ‘cyber attack’ on comp systems - yet I have received 2x E-mails requesting a review for my recent purchase - can’t say I’m too happy with the service”

Good Morning Keith, We're sorry to see your negative review. I'd like to update you about the recent situation we discussed on Thursday. As you know, the manufacturing warehouse was hit by a major cyber attack, which caused a complete shutdown of their IT systems. This meant they couldn't process or dispatch any active custom-sized orders. The team over there have been working tirelessly to resolve the issue. Thankfully, they restored operations yesterday afternoon, and your order will leave today on a next-day service as planned.
