“That personal touch. Ok the Deck Tiles are of great quality. Speedy despatch. Very good response time for any queries. 100 times better than any big Chain Companies. “DON'T buy their 17mm Premium Coir Coconut Matting. The matting material is very loose and comes out in clumps when vacuumed even with the gentlest of suction. The rubber backing to the mat does not hold the bristles. Compared to the old woven coconut mating that lasted us more than 10 years, we'll be lucky to get a couple of months out of this. Never will shop with First Mats again.”

“I have been using a coconut fibre mat in my porch for many years and I found it to be a bit messy with loose fibres and eventually, it was showing serious signs of wear so I decided to change it and did some research online. I am pleased to say that the mat that I have been supplied with is superb and it has been put to the test recently with a visit from our relative's dog (big paws!) and some really soggy weather. So far, it has not moved an inch and has soaked up all that has come its way. It is very well made too.”
