“Excellent customer service when dealing with an enquiry, my mat was great quality and was custom made to fit a space at my back door. I will definitely be using first mats in the future. More than happy to give 5 stars.”

“Fantastic mat of excellent quality - survived Scottish Hogmanay still looking brand new. I was very pleased with the customer service too as the first mat I ordered I decided I didn't like the colour and it was no bother to return and I got a full refund. Great communication. I have already recommended this company and its mats and will continue to do so.”

“Good quality, goodprice and delivery. BUT not what I really wanted, would prefer better dimensions, better thickness, willing to pay for more robust quality. Chose this matt as nearest to my requirement at the time.”

“This is the second mat we have ordered from first mats. We were so pleased with the quality and delivery of the first we bought again. Would recommend them to anyone. Ours is for domestic use and the rubber backing means there is no problem with slippage on a wooden floor.”
