The mat I received was first class and just what I needed. However, I would have given 5 stars if we had been kept up-to-date with the progress of the order. We heard nothing for 5 days, then had a text from the delivery company saying when it would be delivered. I also contacted First Mats by email to chase my order and had no reply at all.
