“I have recently purchased two mats from First Mats. On receipt of the first I was unsure if the mat was appropriate. I telephoned the contact desk and it was immediately answered by an assistant who was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. After consideration, I kept the first mat for a new internal use and ordered an external mat recommended by the assistant. It is a great pleasure to deal with a human being rather than some chatbox and, in both cases, orders taken online were delivered very quickly. The products look very smart and fulfil my requirements. I would certainly recommend this company.”
