“Although we had to wait and change the specification slightly, it was well worth the wait for our new front and back doors. The team who installed them were professional and had a lovely sense of humour.”

“The installation of my hybrid conservatory roof could not have gone smoother. The installers were very professional, friendly and considerate. They got on with the job. The electrician came and did his bit which was fine. The plasters just got on with their job. When they left everything was cleared and left tidy. Not once did anyone ask to borrow something. Overall I was impressed with the whole operation and would have no hesitation in recommending EYG. I have used EYG on a couple of occasions before and their products and installation have always been of a high standard.”

“I have had one window replaced. All the visits and plans went according to plan and I have no complaints with the end result. Four stars because a bit expensive for one window.”

“The whole process was friendly and efficient. Covid caused problems for all, but EYG staff were considerate at all times. Product is really good. Installation team was polite, friendly and quick whilst doing a very good job.”

“Had a Composite Door,and Side Panel Window and Frame fitted. Completely satisfied with the quality of them. The Fitter was very thorough in his work,and cleaning up afterwards, and has done a great job! Would definitely go to again when eventually we ever need new Windows. Was worth the wait!”

“Really excellent product and the builder and fitters were very skilled and respectful of our property, the contact from the office left a lot to be desired which made the experience quite stressful at times, also the salesman didn't make it clear that the current building regulations meant that we would need steels fitting above every opening, this put quite a big charge on top of our quote which we had already agreed, it felt a bit manipulative, overall we are very happy with the installation and we feel the windows and doors are excellent value for money”

“Have used EYG twice now. Once for a new door and a large bay window. Both times I have found them excellent. In the case of the bay window they came up with a complete redesign which they carried out to an extremely high standard. On both occasions they made previous poor work by somebody else right. I’m a shift worker and the gentleman they sent to re-render came and went without disturbing me. Very happy with their work; would highly recommend and will use again my self”

“I have no issues with the ordering process, subsequent communication or workmanship. But, there were issues with the installation owing to incorrect information being recorded by the surveyor which meant one of the windows had to be fitted in a different position to that intended. This looks slightly odd. I have used EYG on several occasions and this is the first time there has been a problem.”
