“Panels arrived on time and very well packed but when I opened the package the panels were broken on all corners and about an inch in length all through the centre edge.”

“The cladding I bought was 100% brilliant. The delivery service shocking ordered Saturday meant to come Tuesday didnt arrive till Thursday teatime. Plumber waiting and I had time off work. But DBS Bathrooms are very good.”

“Great flooring options are available on the site. I selected the same floor for both the bathroom and kitchen. Went down very easy, feels strong and is waterproof. Easy to cut as well, I used a hack saw for smaller cuts and a utility knife for larger cuts.”

“Great communication. Had slight delay in delivery due to Covid but didn’t cause me any problems. Good delivery and driver really helpful. On completion of the wet room I can say that this product is perfect and very good quality. Have already recommended the company to a relative. Thank you!”

“Great product easy to fit, would have given 5 stars but delivery took a while. The app for the delivery needs improving only good when on the vehicle never updated when it was delayed?? Also the adhesive I ordered never came with the order.”

“I ordered 3 shower panels. 2 for the shower cubicle and the third to cut for basin, window cill and pipe boxing in the shower room. One of the panels had fallen at some point. A hole was punched through the box, damaging the panel right in the middle. Fortunately the other two was perfect, so the installer was able to cut around the damaged third. Not sure who’s fault this was and due to the panels being delivered late evening, I didn’t see the damage. The panels themselves are lovely, very classy looking and I’m really happy with them. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Customer service was fine. However £400+ of panels and 50% were damaged. More than half the replacements were damaged and again damage to those replacements. A meesly £20 for our inconvenience was refunded (well told would be but thats yet to happen!) The product, manufacturing and quality control is absolutely abysmal . Its taken 2 months to complete a project that should have taken 1 week. When there was issues with the latest replacement (that was literally thrown over our back fence) we spotted that alot of the marks were identical, as in a manufacturing issue. When i brought this up it was dismissed. I can say i will never ever order from here again (and if we could have afford it we'd start the project over)”
