“I’ve had Two orders from DBS and they were both delivered on the day stated. The driver/courier was courteous and pleasant. I ordered wall panels for my bathroom and although they’re not the most expensive. The ones I received puncture through the finish very easily and if any weight is applied the inner walls collapse to easily for my liking. However now they’re fitted they look good but I’m a bit apprehensive when the grandchildren have a bath/ shower.”

“If or when I deal with DBS again , I would check the boards closer than I did because after installing the boards I found two small faults one , luckily was behind the toilet but the other one was in clear sight,sadly . Had to hide it by covering it with a photo. Apart from that, delivery was good.”

“Great product, reasonably priced. I went for 5mm panels as putting on top of existing tiles. Their own clad adhesive was brilliant. Transformed my bathroom for under £500.”

“Cladding very brittle - cut carefully”

“Product is great however I used your calculator to see how many panels I would need and it has actually calculated twice the amount that I needed and that included some wastage due to incorrect measurements. I suggest that you say that your calculator is not accurate. In hindsight I should have measured per panel and not used the calculator. Shame you don’t take back panels that are still in the box”

“Prompt delivery. Good product but most of the edges of the upvc cladding panels were slightly damaged, presumably in transit. As it happened it didn't matter as I was able to use them. Delivered in card board wrapping so impossible to see damage until opened and the driver was quickly away”

“Easy to use website, pictures were good, made it easy to choose and get a good idea of what we were buying. Delivery was speedy, well packaged and no damaged items. Great product from a great company.”

“Very happy with the cladding products and the service. The only issue I have is the glue supplied for fixing the cladding. It might be fine on plasterboard or existing tiles in a house, but not in a vehicle such as a horsebox. Had to take down the whole new ceiling and redo with Soudal High Tack as it did not stay fixed. Fixed with Soudal it is never coming down again !!!!!!!”

“Great product that was easy to install. Only downside was loose extra panels were damaged in transit but managed to use them as damaged sections were cut off as waste.”
