Ordered bathroom cladding for specific delivery day and paid extra for it, received notification that it had been despatched, didn't arrive. Called DBS, all very polite and got the delivery surcharge refunded and assured delivery today. Fast forward a week after calling every day and receiving same assurances, finally received my order, which I was very pleased with and looks great after fitting. In short happy with product, ambivalent with company and disgusted with couriers. DBS need to sort out a different delivery method.

However, we can only sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your order. This was completely unacceptable from the courier company, and we can only apologise for this. We do complete most deliveries on our own fleet of vans but unfortunately, we don't quite cover your delivery postcode at the minute, but we are always looking to extend our range. DBS Bathrooms

Very quick delivery and quality of the product is great. Only downside is the calculator worked out we needed 27 panels for half of our bathroom ( we double checked measurements) and now we have 12 left over which could of saved us so much money.

Panels really easy to install and fit together even for diy novices, easy to cut with a Stanley knife and trims made it look like a professional finish. Only downsides waere delivery took longer than the website suggested and some of the panels were damaged, but this didn’t matter to us as we didn’t need to use the full length

Ordering as easy however the product the delivery driver decided to leave the product round the back in the rain, damaged 🤷🏻‍♀️

The delivery said three days and I was a week. The product however was delivered without any damage.

Hi Colin, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All our orders are dispatched within one working day and our free delivery service is then one to three working days for delivery. We can see your order was placed on Wednesday 9th Feb, dispatched on Thursday 10th Feb, and delivered on Tuesday 15th Feb, which is within the delivery timeframe. Thanks again, DBS Bathrooms!

Panels arrived on time and very well packed but when I opened the package the panels were broken on all corners and about an inch in length all through the centre edge.

The cladding I bought was 100% brilliant. The delivery service shocking ordered Saturday meant to come Tuesday didnt arrive till Thursday teatime. Plumber waiting and I had time off work. But DBS Bathrooms are very good.

Great product easy to fit, would have given 5 stars but delivery took a while. The app for the delivery needs improving only good when on the vehicle never updated when it was delayed?? Also the adhesive I ordered never came with the order.

I'm not quite sure what to say here as the problem I had was with the courier company with regards to the delay in delivering my order which is not entirely the fault of DBS Bathrooms themselves. It took over a week for my order to arrive, so am not sure where the responsibilities lay here when my order didn't arrive when expected, so I had to contact DBS directly to confirm when my order was going to be delivered. They were unaware of the status of my delivery (i.e. still in courier depot) so it would be unfair to place any weight to this on them. Despite my gripe with the courier company, I give 5 stars for DBS Bathrooms as they responded to my order promptly and would also add that their prices and the products they offer are very competitive. I would definitely use DBS Bathrooms again but advise them NOT to use the courier they used for my order.
