“The delivery said three days and I was a week. The product however was delivered without any damage.”

We can see your order was placed on Wednesday 9th Feb, dispatched on Thursday 10th Feb, and delivered on Tuesday 15th Feb, which is within the delivery timeframe. Thanks again, DBS Bathrooms!

“Excellent service. Part of my order was delivered damaged, by courier. Immeadiate despatch of replacement panels. Love my bathroom panels. Will be buying more to do my kitchen.”

“Very late delivery in December 21 with very poor communication and delivery. Goods affected by lots of damage. Holes throughout. Really poor quality control.”
