“excelent service, quick delivery. Products are first class, I only have 2 ceilings left to clad. Also used the cladding for downstairs toilet walls and ciling. easy to put up and looks great. Well worth the initial outlay as I will never have to paint a ceiling again, whcih, logically, will save me many £s and as Im not getting any younger, I would have to pay someone to do it for me. Would definately recommend these products for all ceilings and some walls too.”

“Failed to deliver my goods, looks like curier removed once photo taken. Refused to deal with issue and expected us to lie to the police and get a crime reference number. Reality is simple, failed to deliver goods, but refusing to deal with the issue, they want me to tell the police they were stolen (large items) and not the more likely issue of a courier failing to deliver. Had to take court action due to utter refusal to assist, unless we lied to police.”

Hi Andrew, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry you did not receive your order. The courier company provided a photograph of the goods at the property along with GPS location confirming this was the correct address. The goods were deemed to have been left in a safe place. Despite sending up to date tracking information allowing you to follow your parcel and confirming delivery, it took nearly two weeks for you to advise that you had not received your order. Unfortunately, due to this timeframe, our hands were completely tied with the courier company. On this occasion, we can confirm that a full refund has been processed on your order. DBS Bathrooms

“Fantastic product and service. Had previously bought 5mm double white chrome to clad bathroom ceiling and thought quality outstanding. This time purchased 8mm to clad man cave in garage. Worked very well and the matching trim was easy to fit. The delivery from DBS van ensured there was no damage in transit and he brought it right into the room. Well done DBS”

“I have used DBS numerous times for 5mm decorative wall panels,great service and price, always turns up quickly, only down side is we always order a few extra panels as there are always some damaged but I think that is the couriers,and at DBS prices thats not a problem, would definately recommend this company”

“I've purchased several times with this company and they are always very helpful on the phone especially when they added to my order after I had ordered online. Whenever there have been damaged panels they were quick to send out replacements. A great company with great prices too!!”

“Very quick , and informed delivery by friendly delivery man. No damage to items which I was happy about ,as I had read with other companies. Cladding really easy to put up and has turned an eyesore into a pleasant and easy to care for bathroom ceiling. Very well priced . Would recommend.”
