“They don't published bad reviews of their products so be wary of the product reviews o their website. I reviewed their 10mm white plastic panel trims. I gave them one star as they are not white. They have a very noticeable pink tinge to them, particularly noticeable when put up against a white panel, white wall, white bath or shower. The ones we bought were not fit for purpose and couldn't be used. They looked stupid. However, over 10 days since I wrote the product reviews on the internal, external & side trims and they have not published it. Also the courier DBS use are not good. DBS replaced the panels damaged in transit but the new ones still weren't looked after and rammed into a small van.”

“Really pleased with the design and product which I have always been as my bathroom before had your product on before which was still good it's just changing toilet washbasin and shower resulting in me buying new I might add that the bathroom panelling had been on 14years”

“Superb ! I ordered a length of External corner trim lunchtime Wed 1st July with a delivery forecast of 2-3 days. It arrived promptly before lunchtime the next day Thursday 2nd July..Less than 24hrs..outstanding service DBS! Thankyou I was one length short of completing my bathroom panelling and you delivered. Previous orders from you, you communicated promptly when you queried one of my orders before despatching. First class sevice👍👍”
