“Most of the panels were damaged”

“Waited in 3 days for delivery ordered Jan arrived 7 Feb 24 Very poor communication with no apology on day 3 when I rang . No text to give appropriate delivery although the delivery driver was very polite and helpful Not impressed with company”

“Ordered 6 panels every one was chipped on the corner but that was ok as the length was not critical but one was not white It was a fawn colour and it was placed in the middle of the pack so you could not see in plus it was shorter than the rest so check your goods before the delivery driver leaves the order was delivered by their own service”

“The photos make this panel look like it has raised detailing, the reality is that it is flimsy flat tile panelling with coloured shading to create a raised tile effect. It looks effective in the photographs but dreadful in the flesh. The panels are pushed together with a rudimentary tongue and groove system which is very basic and despite best efforts does leave a visible line (looking like tile cracks) between the sheets. In fairness this company despatched quickly and their customer service agents were very helpful when contacted, DBS are a company I would use again but definitely ask for product samples before committing to any large purchase. Finally be aware that the delivery company used is XPD who have proven to be totally unreliable in the past, I will say in this case the delivery came early but with no warning so we were not into receive it.”

If you are not completely happy with the items purchased, these can be returned within 14 days from your delivery date for a hassle-free refund. We can confirm that we use multiple delivery options, and these are determined by your delivery postcode. “The itmes were a good quality but companhs internal policies are a joke. I had to carry everything myself to the 2nd floor as the driver said it is internal polkch to leave everhfhing at the doors. Also my it is imppssible to return items after 2 weeks - I had to delay my bathroom work and now I am left with unused items I cannot return.”

Hi Olga, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, the courier company are only allowed to deliver the goods to the main entrance of your property. Any unused goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. DBS Bathrooms

“I ordered approx 15 packs of 2600 x 250 x 5mm cladding (approx 60 lengths) most of the lengths I used were 2460mm. I was disappointed in the quality of the cladding, almost every pack had a damaged length, very few packs had a damaged corner (which can be expected), quite a few packs had a length in the middle of the pack that was damaged (in 2 cases the tongue was corrugated for most of the length?). Due to cuts at the ends of walls etc. I was able to work around this but ended up one length short, when trying to order a length, I was forced to buy a pack, I am pleased with the finish but would not use this product again”

All of our 5mm Panels are a set standard length of 2600mm length so we are not sure as to why the panels you received were only 2460mm. We've checked our warehouse stocks and can confirm that these are all 2600mm in length. Again very many apologies. DBS Bathrooms

“Very late delivery in December 21 with very poor communication and delivery. Goods affected by lots of damage. Holes throughout. Really poor quality control.”
