“i would like to leave a review.......but i havnt actually received my order yet..after a week of waiting....the so called tracking service is a joke....ITS WITH THE CARRIER....may as well be on the moon...delivery within 5 days??? what a joke....i wish i had gone somewhere else but theyve had my money now.......ill probably get some financial recompense....but i wont hold my breath”

“Really good website I also didn't know how many panels I needed so I went on the calculator and it did it all for me as also the items I would need to go with it really good delivery delivered within 4 days and packaged well”

“Great product, reasonably priced. I went for 5mm panels as putting on top of existing tiles. Their own clad adhesive was brilliant. Transformed my bathroom for under £500.”

“Bought the Marble panels for a spruce up for my bathroom. Very good price and quick delivery. As I live in Northern Ireland the delivery was a little on the expensive side but then it is a costly piece of water to cross. Very satisfied with the product and now that is installed it makes my bathroom quieter and brighter.”

“I ordered some wall cladding and my heart sank when some came damaged I phoned them on the Monday and I was astonished to have complete replacements delivered by Wednesday the people I spoke to on the phone were professional extremely apologetic and sorted my issue out so quickly I understand things happen in this day and age but it's all about how it's rectified thankyou DBS I would definitely recommend you and give you 5 stars you went above and beyond”

“Ordered bathroom cladding for specific delivery day and paid extra for it, received notification that it had been despatched, didn't arrive. Called DBS, all very polite and got the delivery surcharge refunded and assured delivery today. Fast forward a week after calling every day and receiving same assurances, finally received my order, which I was very pleased with and looks great after fitting. In short happy with product, ambivalent with company and disgusted with couriers. DBS need to sort out a different delivery method.”

However, we can only sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your order. This was completely unacceptable from the courier company, and we can only apologise for this. We do complete most deliveries on our own fleet of vans but unfortunately, we don't quite cover your delivery postcode at the minute, but we are always looking to extend our range. DBS Bathrooms
