Ordered 2 boxes of bathroom panels and they have arrived as different colours. Put them on the wall and they are different colours. Tried emailing but no reply.

Very disappointed. 3 out of 6 panels I ordered have issues. 2 have corner damages and one is the completely wrong style. As I'm outwith the 14 day return period I've been told there's nothing I can do apart from buy again. Doesn't give me confidence to buy more with 50% of my order being unusable.

We had white marble bathroom panelling installed. It first ordered came broken. So more was sent. It looked nice when finished. But then my 3 year old child slipped and lent on the panelling to get her balance. This put an hold in the panel . Very poor quality not as they describe in the listing as high quality . I emailed them, and The email back wasn't very helpful. Very disappointed

Paid for next day delivery never came had to drive 100 miles to collect it as customer was expecting installation. No adhesive had to go and buy some more. Panels Wer then damaged and after telling customer service they offered to collect in 12 days time and would only offer refund after collection. Asking me if I could be at the property for collection at there convenience this has happened twice avoid these plenty more good company’s

Purchased bathroom panels in July and was initially very happy with the ease of installation and the aesthetic. However, three months later the surface is damaged. The problem is the corrugated construction of the panels. One slip and you create an unrepairable dent in the surface. I would not recommend this product for an area where it’s a high possibility someone may slip such a bath or shower.

I was looking to order some panels and saw DBS advertising next day delivery (to most of UK) which was ideal as I didn't want to have to store the panels prior to a job. I called to double check if this was true, for my area needed, and was told my area was OK. I then placed the order (later than planned as I was relying on the next day delivery), whilst double checking about the next day delivery, numerous times. The order was put through and payment made only for me to receive a message later in the day (whilst I was on a day off) saying the delivery would take 3 - 5 working days and blaming the courier! Apparently no other courier could help due to the weight of the product which I subsequently also found out was untrue as they are light plastic! This company have "next day delivery" plastered at the top of their website. They do clearly state not to start work until you have the panels in case of any issues - fair enough! However, what they don't point out is that you shouldn't order from them at all unless you are prepared to run the risk of being let down at the last minute! I have now had to move the whole job and leave everyone without work for the week. Avoid like the plague, I really wish I had!

After placing your order, we did inform you within 30 minutes that the courier company were unable to offer the Next Day Delivery option to your postcode with the products ordered. Unfortunately 3 out of 4 panels were ruined at the edges, the foam protection that you put on moves in transit, I blame the company you use that deliver them, No respect with what they are handling. Luckily for me I created a small room for a shower where I could cut out the edges and the remaining good one finished it off okay.

One of the worst products I have ever used you can hardly touch it and it dents rubbish to cut and all most impossible to mount anything on it I would avoid it at all costs this was 8mm cladding and I can not put in to words how poor this product really is so disappointing and believe this or not I cut a panel out side went in for a coffee and went back out and the whole panel had discoloured when contacted dbs they said it shouldn’t be taken out side so unless you want the most terrible results avoid at all costs

We do offer free samples of our products prior to purchase so you can make sure you are 100% happy. Unfortunately, we do have to disagree with your review on this occasion. As per your emails, the panels were left outside by your builders overnight to the elements, making them change colour. The panels are designed for internal use and shouldn't be left outside for any prolonged period. This is stated within our care and maintenance instructions for the product. DBS Bathrooms

Terrible experience with this company. failed to get my order to me undamaged on 3 attemps & left outaide when the site was closed on all 3 attempts. This cost additional labour & held the job up. Your logistics provider is losing you custom & I will never be using your company again & I will be leaving a 1 star review to let others know how terrible your service is.

It is deeply regrettable that our courier failed to handle your order with the necessary care, resulting in damage and inconvenience for you. Unfortunately you are not able to request a time slot for delivery and deliveries can take place from 8am to 9pm. Disgusting lack of customer care. Ordered and paid for bathroom panels 1 month before they were required, and 2 working days before delivery and our customers bathroom refurb start date, l got a phone call to say they wouldn't be delivering as they had gone to pick our order and there was a " printing error " on them, and the Manufacturer didn't know when the " printing error" was going to be sorted. What an absolute utter load of tosh, as clarified by both other companies that had these panels in stock, both told me that DBS Bathrooms are well known for fobbing customers off with poor excuses when they make a mistake and don't order in enough panels. Thankfully another company came to my rescue at very short notice so we didnt have to let our customer down with their bathroom refurb. I know where our company will be spending our £7k a year from now on, and it certainly won't be with the very unreliable DBS Bathrooms.

We can confirm that there was an issue with the Navy Chevron Panels, and this was down to the printing machine used by the manufacturer. As advised by email, we are more than happy to share with you the confirmation from the manufacturer that this indeed was the case. However, this is no excuse as your order was placed well in advance of your requested delivery date and at the time this panel was stocked. It is completely unacceptable that your order was not placed to one side within our warehouse ready for your delivery date. This is our usual process and again we can only sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused yourself and your customer. I recently purchased several shower panels from DBS Bathrooms, and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service. Every single panel I received had warped ends and was not square, which made the installation process a nightmare. Initially, I reached out to DBS Bathrooms to express my concerns and was met with an apology, which gave me some hope for a resolution. However, my optimism quickly dwindled when I was told that the panels were intentionally cut this way and that it was my responsibility to cut them square. This response was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect products to be of high quality and ready for installation without requiring additional adjustments. The fact that DBS Bathrooms tried to shift the responsibility onto me was both unprofessional and disappointing. In addition to the quality issues and poor customer service, I found the overall experience with DBS Bathrooms to be subpar. I had hoped for a smooth and hassle-free purchase, but instead, I encountered a company that seemed more interested in passing the buck than in ensuring customer satisfaction. I regretfully cannot recommend DBS Bathrooms based on my experience. I believe that a company's commitment to quality and customer service should be paramount, and in this case, DBS Bathrooms fell short on both fronts. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would advise looking elsewhere for your bathroom needs.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We always strive to take our customer feedback on board, and we would just like to clarify some of your issues below. Firstly, it is extremely disappointing to see you were not happy with the quality of our products. Prior to placing the order, we did send you a wide range of samples, including the panel you went on to order. If you were not satisfied with the quality of our products, then we should have been made aware of this before continuing to place your order. As explained to you via email and shown in your photographs, the panels you have received are a little bit longer than the 240cm advertised. This is to allow you to be able to cut the panel to suit your wall without losing any of the actual panel. Not all walls are the same so a square cut panel would not work in all situations. We also do not advertise the panels to be cut square. The panels do not have warped ends. This is how the panels are machine cut during the manufacturing process and is widely considered as standard practice. If this was a prerequisite of yours, then an email or call beforehand would have easily avoided this. This would also be eliminated when the panel is cut to size, or it would be covered with a wide range of compatible trims & silicone. This is what 99% of our customers do. Given all the concerns you expressed, we offered to arrange a collection of your order and issue you with a full refund. Unfortunately, we have received no response from two emails regarding this. If this is something you are still looking for then please do respond to one of our emails and we will happily arrange this for you. DBS Bathrooms

Dose not stick ,bought it, as thought it would do job but not sutable. Used Evo-Stik Gripfill Max Solvent Free Grab Adhesive White on the ceiling panels griped straight away,glad I did, as if used this stuff ceiling cladding would be on floor

shocking keep using a carrier that relentlessly deliver damaged panels or in most cases don’t deliver at all. Having given this company many chances i would now avoid at all costs.

Customer service was fine. However £400+ of panels and 50% were damaged. More than half the replacements were damaged and again damage to those replacements. A meesly £20 for our inconvenience was refunded (well told would be but thats yet to happen!) The product, manufacturing and quality control is absolutely abysmal . Its taken 2 months to complete a project that should have taken 1 week. When there was issues with the latest replacement (that was literally thrown over our back fence) we spotted that alot of the marks were identical, as in a manufacturing issue. When i brought this up it was dismissed. I can say i will never ever order from here again (and if we could have afford it we'd start the project over)
