“Really good service, quick delivery and good value ceiling panels. I had one damaged panel and DBS replaced this the next day and responded so promptly, I was really impressed with their customer service, will definitely be using again”

“Order process quite easy and quick delivery as mentioned during order. However, I should mention that the packaging was not adequately thick and/or protective enough leading to some damage to the packaging and a few minor scratches to a couple of the wall panels. The panels themselves look nice once fitted but have to be careful as these panels can be damaged quite easily during fitting and also once they are on the wall.”

“Panels look fantastic, but are not very hard wearing. Very easy to install but touch them with anything hard and they dent”

We note your comments regarding the wearing of panels, but all our panels are extremely hardwearing and more than durable for day to day use in busy homes. We have noticed you have purchased our 5mm panels, even though these are the thinnest panels we have available, they are one of our best sellers due to them being lightweight and durable.
